Breathe In, Write Out
Mark your calendars for September 24 - 26th: give yourself three whole days and two nights of writing, yoga and meditation. I'm teaching with Ronit Jinich from the Lumino School of Awakening, and it's going to be amazing. The workshop will be held on a scenic 50-acre farm at the edge of Beaver Valley, near Flesherton.
